Oprah has arrived in Denver to join Chris Rock, Steven Spielberg, and others to watch Barack Obama get the nomination for the Democratic party this week. She has been a long standing supporter of his and will be a high profile guest at the DNC. Since this time last year, Winfrey has been the highest-profile supporter of the nominee. The 54-year-old talk show host even campaigned for Obama during the Democratic primary, speaking to tens of thousands of supporters at rallies around the country.
She has no plans to speak at the convention and will just remain a high profile guest, but still probably the most famous guest there. Watch the DNC this week on all news channels near you..
